Halloween Pilates, Bonfires, and Fall Fitness on 30A

If your Halloween plans don’t include a mat, a bonfire, or a glow up… let’s fix that.

Halloween Pilates, bonfires, fall fitness, and pumpkin carving with FIT30A on the beaches of 30A

Fall has officially crept onto 30A. The humidity has sort of chilled, the porch pumpkins are proudly on display (shoutout to Luxe Porch Pumpkins for doing the absolute most), and sunset workouts are giving golden hour girl gang energy. It’s spooky season, but around here, the only thing we’re haunting is our Pilates mat.

Let’s just say... October is showing off.

Pumpkin Spiced and Pilates Sliced

What happens when a beachside sculpt class crashes into your Halloween Pinterest board? You get Pumpkin Spiced Pilates, FIT30A’s fall event of the season, happening Sunday, October 26 at 4:30 PM at Ed Walline Beach Access.

It’s the kind of girls night that starts with a slow burn and ends with sand in your socks and a carving knife in your hand. Aly Gray will lead a full body sculpt session just as the sun starts to dip. Then the real fun kicks in with pumpkins, photo ops, goodie bags and a Halloween outfit contest that’s giving “I did not come to play.” BYOP (bring your own pumpkin) or grab one onsite from Luxe Porch Pumpkins, who’ll be setting the scene for the coziest kind of chaos.

Want in? Book your class now before someone else snags your spot and your giveaway.

Pilates by Firelight? We’re In.

For the fall girlies who love a good sunset stretch and aren’t afraid of a little sea breeze, we’ve got something even better than cider and candles. Caitlin is hosting Glow Fire Pilates by the Sea on Friday, October 17 at West Allen Loop. Imagine the waves, a slow burn sculpt session, and a cozy bonfire waiting as soon as you roll up your mat.

There will be s’mores. There will be gift bags. There will be that feeling that hits when you do something really good for your body and your soul on a Friday night instead of just...scrolling.

It’s $55 for the whole experience, and space is tight. Book it now before it ghosts you.

Who Says Your Halloween Look Has to Wash Off?

If your “hot witch” makeup turns into “haunted raccoon” by 9 PM, we’ve got a glow up rec that’ll actually stick. Blush Beauty Lounge, in Grayton Beach and Santa Rosa Beach, is our pick for spooky season self care. They do facials, body sculpting, and yes, permanent makeup, because while you might not want your skeleton face paint to last forever, waking up with perfect brows? That’s a fall treat we can get behind.

Book a solo refresh or bring the crew for a full blown spa day. Mention FIT30A for an exclusive VIP perk.

This Month Feels Like a Little Magic

The calendar might say October, but around here it looks a lot more like: barefoot Pilates with a view, bonfires with s’mores, and Halloween energy that doesn’t feel cheesy. These events aren’t about perfection or pressure. They’re about showing up, having fun, and doing something that makes you feel good. Especially with your people by your side.

Check out the full schedule here. Pop into a public class or schedule a private session for your next girls' trip, bachelorette, or family weekend. Costumes welcome. Bad dance moves encouraged.

Let’s make October count.

We’ll see you on the mat (broomsticks optional).
