FIT30A got a call in February 2023 for a private event booking at a house in Watercolor… it’s 1st EVER booking on Super Bowl Sunday! I’ll never forget how nervous I was.

I was greeted at the driveway by the sweetest, most hilarious family, a wild toddler and a hunk @mark_stavely from Arkansas … it was banter and laughter from the get go. I knew I wanted to make FIT30A a full time career this day!

Fast forward 8 months.
FIT30A became properly established and hundreds of events have been booked since. Out of the blue, @mark_stavely re-enters my life over a cup of coffee and so does this amazing family and this incredible home!

2024 brought lots of good memories here at 202 East Royal Fern, including Christmas with the family and falling in love with the Hunk from Arkansas 🥰

2025 brought a partnership with the home’s property management company @sandersbeachrentals30a offering FIT30A private events to their renters. When asked to be a part of a branding photoshoot at one of their many homes, I didn’t hesitate!

On photoshoot day this November, the address I was coincidencly given was this very special home where it all began 🥹
The love within these walls just pulls you back like a gravitational pull.

If you’re looking for good energy and a perfect rental in paradise, 202 East Royal Fern is my favorite home in all of 30A.
