About this class: Prepare for a low-impact, high-intensity sculpt class that’s as empowering as it is scenic. Designed for all fitness levels, this light-weight flow targets core, glutes, and full-body toning—set to the sound of crashing waves, energizing jams and 30A’s best beach view. Aly is a full time instructor, personal trainer, owner of FIT30A and Chemical Fitness 30a and 24/7 hype girl ready to lead you through an unforgettable class in the sand. No shoes required, weights are optional, and good vibes guaranteed. Come for the sweat, stay for the sunshine and memories. Mats are available if you do not have your own but BYO light weights. Aly has extra at a first come first serve basis. Guests must book in advance for class.
