This low-impact, core-focused class supports postpartum recovery while building strength, improving mobility, and helping you reconnect with your body in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Taught by Katie Meyer of Pilates + Mama Movement LLC out of Kansas City, this special class brings her signature mama-centered approach to 30A in collaboration with FIT30A—creating an unforgettable experience for local and visiting mommas alike.
