Join us on Sunday, June 14th at 9:00 AM for a morning filled with intentional movement, uplifting worship, and meaningful community. This unique event blends high-energy workouts with a deeper purpose—putting faith first while challenging your body. The workout will be led by HFAS founders Grace and Brandon, alongside Chemical Fitness owner Aly Gray, guiding you through a session designed for all levels.
