These are the faces behind your favorite pop-ups, beachside bootcamps, sunrise yoga, and neighborhood wellness classes. Each one brings something unique to the mat, the trail, or the weight rack. They know the local rhythm. They train where they live. They show up ready to move with you, not just for the moment, but for the long run.
