Puppies & Pilates is taking over Alaqua Animal Refuge—and trust us, you do NOT want to miss this one! 🐶✨ Join us May 31st from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at Alaqua Animal Refuge (155 Dugas Way, Freeport, FL) What to expect: A high-energy, feel-good fitness event that brings together community, movement, and a whole lot of puppy love. This all-levels Pilates class will be led by Aly Gray of FIT30A and Chemical Fitness 30A, with DJ Los spinning the beats to keep you moving and smiling the entire time. Spots are limited with 50 mats available, so grab yours early—or bring your own mat and join the fun! The class starts at just $10 to book with option to give more if you're able. Class is 100% donation-based, meaning every dollar goes directly to supporting Alaqua and the animals needing care. There are higher donation option so you can give what you can and feel good doing it! And the party doesn’t stop when class ends… stick around as Alaqua turns up the vibes with live music starting at noon, plus even more food trucks, vendors, and local favorites like Hawley Hat Co, Hot Girl Cookie, Soosh Food Truck, and more. It’s a full-on community celebration!
