Join Aly for the last Sunday funday at Beacon 331 apartments on December 7th at 8:30am for a Poolside Pilates Sculpt Party. Start your Sunday strong with a feel-good Pilates Sculpt workout open to residents and non-residents. This low-impact, high-intensity class is designed to tone your core, arms, and legs using light 3lb dumbbells. Stick around for a memorable Pilates workout and post-class shopping from local vendors including custom hats from Hawley Hat Co and The Palm PCB bringing cold-pressed juice shots! Class is free and scalable so all fitness levels are welcome. IT IS RAIN OR SHINE! If weather is bad - we simply take it inside the clubhouse. If it's warm and sunny, meet outside by the pool! No shoes required, all equipment is provided—just bring yourself (and maybe a friend or two). Booking is required to claim a mat, however, if class shows "sold out" you can still join!
