Join 8-9am every Friday at Hibiscus Cafe in Grayton Beach for a Yoga flow taught by FIT30A instructor, Mallory Trumpfheller. Class is open to all fitness levels just BYO mat and props. Donations to your instructor are appreciated.

Classes are non-refundable within an 8 hour window of start time. Class minimum is 3 attendees and will be canceled and refunded if instructor chooses to cancel due to attendance or personal issues. Thank you!
