Service Description

Join personal trainer Woman Of The Year, Aly Gray in the sand at Ed Walline Beach access (across from Skunk Gully) and crush a light weight, high energy workout! Classes are open to all fitness levels, all you need is a set of 1-5lb DBs, a mat and a smile. Shoes are optional. If you do not have your own weights, Aly has extra at a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are non-refundable within a 24 hour window of start time. Class minimum is 3 attendees and will be canceled and refunded if instructor cancels due to attendance, weather or personal issues. Thank you!
